Two posts in one day is not a common occurrence for me. Actually, I have yet to do it. But, I just came across this article that literally made me sick to my stomach. I almost can't believe it. This ties in to my earlier post about our Constitutional rights. The District Attorney who prosecuted this case should be stripped of his bar certification. Read the story here. If you make it through the whole thing without feeling sick you need to reevaluate yourself.

This Post is definately a HIT! No miss here as this is one of the most prime examples of injustice that I have ever knew of! A high school football star with a high grade point adverage with an almost no doubt promise to make it to the collage league, make it big and my guess would have been to the pros. Ok, so him and his buddies had a party in which they had booze and pot. He being 17 and the girl of 15 had oral sex (not to mention what else the girl consented to) The girl wakes up the next day to report she was raped. The video clearly showed the girl was up to the whole thing.. she wanted the encounters as much as the guys did. With a law so stupid that would make it rape between a 17 and 15 year old... all I can say is DUH. Another thing I can say is, so many times with so many things, people don't have the balls to stand up for what is right and make a stand.. we've all been guilty of it at one time or another. But when it comes to something this important. Someone needs to swallow hard.. reach down to grab their balls to see if they have a pair, and GET this young man out of prison before his life is ruined.
One note about this post. I think it was a very good one but a very long one indeed to read. And just like I did I kept putting it off because it would take quite awhile to read. Again though, definately a story worth taking the time to read.
